Whether you are a new or returning participant, we hope you find registration smooth and easy.  Here are a couple of suggestion or tips in case you run into an issue getting registered.

  1. I am a returning participant and when I click on "login to your account", it is taking me back to my last year's fundraising page.
    Look in the upper right-hand corner.  You are probably still logged in to last year's event.   Click on the drop-down arrow by your name and log out.  Try again and you should be on the right page.
  2. I have registered myself and am trying to register another person but it won't accept my email address, what should I do?
    You can't use the same email for more than one person.  If the person you are registering has access to an email address, use it and you should be fine.  If they don't, create a fake email address and you can then complete the registration process.  Be sure they have a good supply of offline credit card donation forms so donors can mail in their contributions and we can credit the gifts to the participant's online fundraising page.
  3. I registered as an individual participant, but my friend started a team and I want to join.  How can I join their team?
    Email Plunge@sonc.org with the name of the team you wish to join and we can move you  
  4. I just registered myself and am now trying to register another person.  When I click on "Register Now" I get a message that says "Sorry you cannot change your team membership."  What should I do?
    Click on "OK", then, in the upper right hand corner, click on the arrow by your name and log out.  Every time you register someone new, you must log out in order to process another registration.
