To my family & friends

Call me crazy, but on March 15, 2020, I am going to Plunge for Special Olympics by taking a quick dip in chilly waters to raise money for an organization that changes the lives of people with intellectual disabilities.  Funds raised will Special Olympics continue to generate change in our communities through sports and enhance the lives of our athletes and their families.

My first sport that I volunteered for with Special Olympics was roller skating at Star Skate. That was close to 23 years ago. Since then I have been a coach for Basketball, Soccer, Swimming, Track & Field, Bowling & Snow Skiing.

It is AMAZING to see the progress of our Athletes.  It can be as simpler as staying in their lane in Track & Field to mastering a strike in Bowling. The confidence, pride in themselves and friendships that Special Olympics creates is priceless to our Athletes.

Special Olympics is free for all Athletes, ALWAYS.

I hope I can count on you to support my fundraising efforts for Special Olympics. With your help, the funds I raise will help change the lives of children and adults with intellectual disabilities.

Every dollar counts and whatever you can give will be very much appreciated.
